If I have more than one child, will I have to create multiple accounts?

At launch, every account can have one child associated with it. We will be increasing the number of children you can add under existing accounts in future updates.

How often will there be new art challenges?

There will be at least one new art challenge per month that will run for 30-31 days each. The number of art challenges may increase in the future.

How are winners selected?

Once the submission period for the art challenge ends, all drawings will be looked over by our team. All submissions will be split into 3 categories according to the age of the user and they will be judged among these categories: Category 1: Under 5 years, Category 2: 6-8 years, and Category 3: 9-12 years. One winner will be selected from each category, totalling the amount of three winners in this art challenge. We judge the submissions according to their originality in expressing the contest theme, their skill within their age range, and including an original title and description.

My child has submitted their work for an Art Challenge but has not received their participation coins. Why is that?

All submissions are reviewed by our team before it goes public. This process usually takes up to 3 business days. Once the submission is accepted, the participation coins will automatically be added to the account. You can check the status of the submission on the “Status” tab on the “Home” page and you can confirm when the participation reward has been handed over in the “Activity” tab on the “Home” page.
